Kate will also be offering 3 Powerful 'Embracing your Uniqueness' Self-Love yoga workshops in the gallery space throughout the duration of the exhibition.
These fun and engaging workshops will explore the relationship you have to your body, effortlessly melting away blocks and setting a more positive intention towards yourself and how you view your body.
The dates for these workshops are:
24th June @ 10.30am - 12pm
1st July @ 10.30am - 12pm
6th July @ 6.00pm - 7.30pm
WORKSHOPS - €18 pp
We will delve a little into
° meditation
° breathing techniques
° focused yogic movement (asana)
° self massage and deep relaxation.
