Founded in Minsk, Belarus, and based since
2017 in Augsburg, Germany "The Violent Youth"
is an international new wave, post punk duo led
by a belarussian singer and multi-instumentalist
Arthur Tsymbal together with Julian Riegel on bass.
As part of the Belarusian Post-Punk scene its
influences lie in synth-pop, post-punk and the
new wave of the 80s

electronic-one-man-act in vienna/austria
in the late 1990s. From raw industrial in the
beginning, the sound developed further in the
direction of Ambient, EBM and Synthwave.
2006 the project finally merged with the band
Phal to Phal:Angst . . .
